Cameron Powell Specialism Concept Art - Week 10

This week, I decided to watch a tutorial on drawing hands to help me improve.

I started by drawing out the block-out of the hand gestures as part of the video's exercise. 


Then, I tried to draw the fingers and details of the hand. I drew the shapes and lines before I cleaned them up.



I thought the tutorial video was helpful and the sketch I managed to deliver turned out well. Although, I will admit that the fingers could have been better. 

When I told my mother I was drawing hands, she offered me some hand pictures she did in her past that I could use as reference.

    Getting better but you need to talk more on any tutorials you follow eg where they any good, easy to follow, how well did they help when you implemented what you had learnt etc.

Why I decided to drop the 2D Beat 'Em Up game idea On January 11th 2024, I decided to drop plans to make a 2D Beat 'Em Up test level for my Specialism Project. As a result, I decided to remake my proposal, removing mentions of me developing an Unreal Engine game, as well as a new GANTT chart  and mind map.  There are a few reasons why I came to this conclusion.
